Spent an unforgettable evening in our Gourmetstube. Let you indulge from our chef Martin Köhl and his team with his unique creations from the traditional South Tyrolean kitchen with mediterranean and international influences. A special experience for your palate. This experience lets your connoisseur heart certainly beat higher. 

Our Gourmetstube and the cuisine of chef Martin Köhl were awarded 2 chef´s hats by the gourmet guide Gault Millau for eight years in a row. This year even with 15 points and 3 chef´s hats. Enjoy our 5 - 7 course tasting menus accompanied by a bottle of wine from our wine cellar. 

Our Gourmetstube is open from Tuesday to Saturday. Reservation at least a day before.
