Finally, it's about time again!
The annual "Beef & Snow Event" takes place in Obereggen from 09th March to 25th March 2018 and we look forward to be a part of it again. Our chef Martin Köhl and his kitchen team will prepare delicious dishes from local beef in our Sonnalp's lunch bistro.
It all rotates around the product, its origin and what you can prepare with it. For our chef Martin Köhl the use of local products in his kitchen is of vital importance. That is why Martin Köhl and his team work with special passion for this event.
Sitting on our sunny terrace and enjoy a spicy and piquant beef tartar from local farmers, surely something you shouldn't miss!
